A Handheld Vibrometer is a general-purpose instrument for measuring vibration. Predictive maintenance and fault diagnosis operations may be carried out with little staff training, minimizing overall costs. The device incorporates a piezoelectric industrial accelerometer which is easy to use and measures vibration levels for many asset management requirements. Power is delivered from an internal battery or by an AC adapter; which allows for periodic routine checks of industrial assets that don’t have permanent condition monitoring equipment, or to supplement your primary data collection with additional on-site or general field test measurements.
